Yankshire Arctic Shorts Vintage Poplin Olive Drab
Â
Yankshire falls under another one of Kinji Teramoto’s sub brands, all housed under 35 Summers in Japan.Â
Originally designed as part of the U.S. Air Force’s military uniform used to Mechanics on ground, these trousers were mid-point utility or fatigue pant style that later became synonymous with 50’s/60’s US Military wears.Â
Falling under their Yankshire line, these Arctic Shorts have been cut from an original dead-stock poplin in Japan and are a faithful reproduction of military spec USAF issue Utility fatigues, cut down to shorts!
These feature a mid-high rise with zip front and elasticated waist with drawcord to aid fit. Two front pockets with flap & snap closure have been paired with two rear pockets with the same closure. A relaxed fit completes the look.Â
* Please note as these are cut from a dead-stock fabric there may be some certain signs of this throughout the fabric
