Warehouse & Co Lot. 1001xx (1901 Model) Jean
Warehouse & Co have been producing authentic, high quality garments since 1995. Warehouse continue with their standard aesthetic and development of iconic, classic pieces that have served them so well for 25 years.
Here we have the Lot. 1001XX (1901 Model) from Warehouse & Co, a visually striking jean paying tribute to denim styles and production methods used during the early 20th Century.
The Lot. 1001XX has been rope dyed using natural indigo. Rope dyeing basically consists of twisting the yarns into a rope that is then quickly dipped into indigo baths. This is widely considered the best method for dyeing denim as the short dyeing time does not allow the indigo to fully penetrate the fibres, creating a yarn that ultimately fades (better) and faster. For Warehouse & Co this perfectly re-creates period denim.
The Lot. 1001XX 1901 features lockstitch construction and sewing throughout and is packed full of unique and interesting details. Exposed copper rivets feature throughout on all pockets as well as the crotch while the waist band features sewn in suspender buttons. A high rise with a full silhouette has been paired with a Deerskin leather patch to complete the look.
