Coherence Vernon-D Rover Wool Twill D.Blue
Coherence take their inspiration from well-known and legendary artists while their take on classic outerwear is elevated by their focus on in-house fabric design, carefully considered detailing and a central focus on fit.Â
The Vernon III is inspired by French novelist Boris Vian, famous for his publication of criminal fiction novels, who was pictured in Saint-Tropez in 1953 wearing a P-43 US Army jacket.
The Vernon-D is cut in Japan from the brand’s exclusive rover wool twill. Fusing together the famous design of the P-43 US Army jacket and details from a French Army blouson of the same era, Coherence have produced a garment with vintage military inspired detailing. Two chest gusset pockets with button flap closure, a five button front using horn buttons and a relaxed fit & silhouette has been paired with a drawcord waist and slit cuffs.Â
